Management of Service Requests under Subscription Agreement

Service requests under the Subscription Agreement are managed through two tiers: “Starter” and “Growth”. The Starter tier allows for one active request at a time, while the Growth tier permits two concurrent requests.

In the Starter tier, a new request is queued until the current one is completed.

Growth tier subscribers can manage two requests simultaneously, but cannot switch between projects within the same day; a different project can only be started on the following business day.

Modifications to active requests are treated as new requests and are subject to a one-business-day wait time. This rule applies to both tiers, with additional requests in the Growth tier following the Starter tier protocol.

Non-compliance with these terms may result in service delays. The Service Provider may amend these terms, with continued service usage post-amendment signifying acceptance of the new terms.
